🍃💚🌍

Ecoholic Threads supports the fight against climate change by crafting their items with 100% organic cotton, which requires 90% less water than conventional cotton. It also is important when it comes to harvesting the material over and over. Organic cotton crops actually replenish the soil, as opposed to conventional cotton, which requires heavy use of pesticides.

Carbon footprint wise, organic cotton emits 46% LESS CO2 than conventional cotton.

Join me this February in approaching life in a fairly vegan way.

It's the simple things that lead to a pattern of change.

so soft, this gorgeous embroidered design can remind us & others how much we are helping the environment by choosing to eat vegan/vegetarian whenever we can or all the time 🥗 🌿

Some notable things to remember when selecting which vendors you'd like to shop at:

1. The effects of fast fashion on the planet are devastating. Many don't know this, but it accounts for so much waste that the fashion industry is now considered the 2nd largest polluter in the world ~ Ecoholic Threads actually speaks at length on this. Contact them to learn more information.

2. Fast fashion factories can cause unsafe working conditions, extreme hours, and underpaid wages.

Some reasons that I am taking part in FAIRLY VEGAN FEBRUARY:

1. Did you know, animal agriculture accounts for 14.5% of global GHG emissions?

2. and that about 1/3 (!!) of the global water consumption goes to animal agriculture?
